Itenerary

DAY 1 | ARRIVAL + OPENING

Settle into sacred time. We begin with a welcome circle and intention-setting to anchor our time together and finish the day with a beach walk.

DAY 2 | AWAKENING

Morning jade egg practice, breath of bliss ceremony, integration and play time on the beach, followed by coacoa and EFT tapping with Hannah. We finish off the day hot tub or pool-side.

DAY 3 | RELEASE & REWIRE

 Morning jade egg practice and a Breath of Bliss ceremony to clear old patterns and open your body to deeper truth. Beach time for integration, then an evening of cacao and EFT tapping with Hannah. We wind down poolside or in the hot tub.

DAY 4 | REBIRTH

A final morning jade egg practice and Breath of Bliss ceremony to anchor your transformation. After lunch, we head into downtown St. Augustine for a tour and finish with a celebratory dinner out.

DAY 5 | DEPARTURE

We share a final breakfast together, close our circle, and send you home grounded, glowing, and fully embodied.
