048: The secret to having vaginal orgasms from penetration

I’d like to say that I totally sympathize with you if you’ve never had an orgasm from penetration, but honestly, I don’t know what that’s like. 

For as long as I’ve been sexually active, I’ve had this skill.

And here’s why:

As a teenager, I carried so much sexual shame that I never masturbated, played with my vulva or discovered my clit until I was well into my mid-twenties.

However, I remember confirming that I’d had my first orgasm from receiving a casual hug from this really tall, hot senior in high school when I was in 10th grade.

I remember thinking, damn, what was all that energy running through my body?!

I’d had a couple experiences before then that I would now have considered orgasmic, but I didn’t know enough about sex at the time to even know what was happening!

And then, my first real sexual experience was with my boyfriend through intercourse when I was 18. 

So, I learned how to orgasm from penetration very consistently…because I never played with my vulva or clit.

You see, it’s just that – I LEARNED how to orgasm through penetration.

Just like we all have the ability to learn.

I’m no different than you.

And in fact, I had to go back and train myself to LEARN how to have a clitoral orgasm without needing to be penetrated.

It took work, a lot of it, in fact. But, I got there eventually.

Just like it might take you a little while to train your body to have vaginal orgasms through penetration.
