035: Healing body hate and sexual shame with the jade egg

After all the work you’ve done on yourself, do you still struggle with really loving your body and celebrating your sexuality?

I know so many women that have done self-development work for years, that are in the wellness and fitness industry and rocking businesses and motherhood, but when it comes down to how they really feel about their body and sexuality… they’ll tell me that’s the one area of life they just don’t know where to start or how to heal.

We all think that if we could loose those last couple pounds, or if we had a little less cellulite there, or if we try the next trendy eating regime, then we will give ourselves permission to truly love our body.

But, how many times, after doing all those things, do you still look in the mirror and think…”I need to loose 1 or 2 more pounds and then everything will be alright.”?

The truth is, you can’t heal body hate and sexual shame by looking for something on the outside to fix something on the inside.

Unfortunately, there’s no magic pill you can take to change the way you treat and feel about your body and sexuality….that can lessen the negative thoughts every time you look in the mirror, but you can start to shift and heal these things with your intention, focus, and regular sexual self-care practice using the jade egg.
