There’s a very true meme going around that says - “Trauma isn’t your fault, but it is your responsibility to heal it.” 

And I couldn't agree more.

So today, I want to shed light on the ‘how’ and ‘what’ it takes for you to heal it so you too can take responsibility for your own healing and not pass your unwell patterns onto your kids.
